The course covers real estate law, fair housing, agency relationships, listings and sales, zoning, environmental issues, financing and more. 60 hours is required to satisfy the educational requirements needed to take the real estate sales licensing exam and to receive your real estate license offered through the Department of Consumer Protection/Real Estate Commission.
The course is also popular with future or current real estate investors, landlords, tenants, and others who are interested in real estate and want to learn more about it. Classes are ongoing throughout the year. National concepts and Connecticut state-specific concepts are addressed in full detail.
Flexible hours with an instructor that has over 30 years of experience. Students may choose either day or evening session, or a combination of both so long as they do not exceed 12 hours per week (CT state law). Students may choose to take 2 or 3 classes per week, depending upon how quickly they would like to complete the course.
